Hello, thanks for the query. Taking 2 tablets of metformin usually does not lead to hypoglycemia. Please tell me what were the symptoms he had? Metformin is not known to cause hypoglycemia. If some food is taken or evenif some candy is taken hypoglycemia reduces. Thanks.

Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. If the tooth is filled with silver and having swelling at root base than the filling is to be removed and rct will be done for exposed tooth. If the infection is in gum in that case deep cleaning and dressing of pocket may be sufficient this can be ascertained after taking an x ray and than further treatment can be planned.
