Hello,
Buprocare contains buprenorphine which is used in opioid substitution therapy. Buprenorphine is a long acting opioid agent which is medically safe and pure.
So stopping buprenorphine suddenly will cause withdrawal symptoms. You need detoxification if you want to completely stop medication. Consult your psychiatrist to help you get out of it. You can contact me for further help.

If you are comfortable with only one Buprocare N then continue at same dose provided no withdrawal symptoms are there. Continue it till your psychiatrist advise. Mirtaz 7.5 mg is probably given for sleep problems. Its a antidepressant but with such minimal dosage we use it in managing sleep problems.

I suggest a blood test called as Hba1c to confirm. It will help decide whether medicines need to be started in addition to diet and exercise.

you are over weight, with bmi 27.81kg/m2, this is one of the reasons for improper control of blood sugar. But still 183 mg/100 ml, is not that bad. If you are really serious on reducing weight then exercising is a must. How to take out time is your decision. One way is to have a tread mill machine at home and exercise. Please let me know the hba1c%, which gives an idea about long term sugar control.

If your eye pressures are under good control with lumigan eye drops, it is well & good. Use the drops at night everyday, without a miss. Recommended frequency of eye pressure verification is every 3 months. Visual fields (humphrey's) should be done every 6 months, to make sure that there is no progression of the condition. If you have additional risk factors like diabetes and high blood pressure, they too need to be under proper control, obviously. With these measures, you can be sure of maintai...more
