In my opinion combine budecart 100 with formetrol a long acting beta 2 agonist 200, to be given by spacer and reduce dependence on levolin inhalation. In good control asthmatics need of levolin inh. Should be nil /less than once/week. This combination is available in market with different name like budamate 100/200.

Dear lybrate-user
the you are taking are steroids they are given for a very short period if you taking them regularly they damage your vital organs & will effect negatively on your immune system. Instead you can take homoeopathic treatment which is safe & effective in your case.

Dear Ms. Lybrate-user, inhaled medicines are best treatment for diseases like asthma, for 3 reasons
1) the drug dose is very low (in micrograms (mcg) compared to tablets which are in milligrams (mg))
2) the inhaled medicines enter lungs directly and side effects are lowest
3) inhaled medicines act as both relievers (provide relief in case respiratory diseases) & preventer (prevent asthma attacks)
and yes they can be taken life time.

Dear Lybrate User,
Asthma is preceded by the production of histamines in the blood. Histamine is produced due to the entrance of foreign particles in the body. The triggering cause behind the onset of asthma varies in every patient.
A detailed case taking along with some blood test results are required to diagnose the proper underlying cause behind asthma. Please conduct a laboratory test of your blood for TC, DC, ESR & IgE. Revert back with the results & consult me privately via Lybrate...more
