Dear Lybrate user, relief by inhaler means your bronchioles (small breathing tubes) are closing down due to some reason.
Usually asthma, copd patients experience this phenomenon. You need to undergo a full sputum test (afb, gram's stain and fungus) and a pft for confirmation of diagnosis, meanwhile you can use the inhaler (by spacer) and rinse your mouth with fresh water after use of inhaler.
