By your description of your condition, you are in 4th stage of COPD.Try onbreeze 300 transcap od through lupihaler, tiova 2puff/once day,Budecort 400 inhalation 2 puff/twice/day and rofaday 500 tab/once day after lunch.Better consult respiratory physician.

U should continue with budecort inhaler. But take levolin inhaler on sos basis i. E as and when required. Take calcium and vit d supplementation as during exacerbation muscles are overworked. Also vit d deficiency is very common these days. Take protein supplementation also in form of sprouts. Good luck.

although your rt-pcr test is negative, since you are having symptoms, it is better to isolate. Using steroids is less beneficial and can cause more problems. If you have no new symptoms then using an antibiotic also will not help much. If your symptoms worsen or you develop new symptoms, only then you can use relevant antibiotics or steroids.
