Dear lybrate-user,
although your rt-pcr test is negative, since you are having symptoms, it is better to isolate. Using steroids is less beneficial and can cause more problems. If you have no new symptoms then using an antibiotic also will not help much. If your symptoms worsen or you develop new symptoms, only then you can use relevant antibiotics or steroids.
