If she can do saline gargles, its good for her. Encourage her to do it once every day
Do steam inhalation. Its good for her. But take precautions after this. Don't sit under fan. Cover your mouth n nose with a cloth/hanky for 2-3 mins after steam.
This (Cover mouth n nose with a cloth/hanky for a minute) she should do every time she is entering or leaving an AC room
Give her Ars alb 30/ 4 times /3 days
