What you are taking now is the treatment of obstructive airway disease like asthma, copd, bronchitis etc. But I want to tell you about lots of therapies are available to treat all these conditions and treatment way is solely different for all diseases. If I assume, you are taking for asthma and symptom is not improving, then treatment should be escalated after confirmation of diagnosis! thanks.

You may need to go with the medical prescription .it is advised to take the dose on a fixed time to ensure the effectiveness. If the prescribed intake is thrice a day it means, it should be taken after appropriate intervals. You may discuss your health issue and your medical history in more detail over a call so that right and effective consultation can be provided.
Thanks.
