Regular use of budecort is harmful in long run. Adenoids are to be operated if they are enough enlarge to create breathing problems. I have no knowledge of Ayurved. Please consult Ayurvedic doctor.

As a suggestion I prefer not to use these inhalers. Cuz u r used to it , it's very difficult to get rid of it.Cuz u get best results using a inhaler INSTANTLY. so you will not make up your mind to find a permanent solution or you are not ready.

I don't know how long your son have to use. Cuz it's said by his immunity.

Improve his immunity power or health against allergy. That's the only solution.

I prefer to have left as nd fermented liquids for 1 month.

Please get a private consultation. It could be a viral infection in which case the temperature will come down on its own in 3-5 days.
You must watch for the following
1. Temperature should not be going up any more. It should gradually come down. The gap between time of fever also should be more with time.
2.baby should have good appetite for food and water.(you have not mentioned how old the baby is, so difficult to guide you on that aspect)
3.cough and cold should decrease.

How long and how frequent. Any history of atopy. Any family history of allergy. Need xray chest, haemogram and if possible pft to decide the diagnosis. Children do out grow of their symtoms by age of 15 years in 50% cases.
