Budesal 0.5mg Respules 2ml is used in the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

If you're child has asthma don't deprive him of any respules or mdi pump
infact he/ she should be given duolin respules twice or thrice a day with budecort respules twice a day
once chest is better can shift to mdi / pump formoflo / budamate child one with lesser dose with spacer can be started.

Flohale and budecort respule should not be taken together as they serve same purpose. Try allegra 120 mf once a day with saline gargles. Add ceftum 500 1 tab twice/day if fever. Better consult a resp. Phy.

First of all there should be wheeze before giving nebulization asthalin. It should not be given before medical consultation. Kindly visit a pediatrician to rule out urti and lrti or it is just allergic and seasonal.

Its bcz of mild fever also causes increase in pulse.

Pneumonia and breathlessness is a major problem in infants.
And you are giving only budesal nebulisation which is not at all correct. Please immediately take the child to a pediatrician.

It’s better to mix it with distilled water or normal saline because the vapours generated will help in moisturising the airways and liquefy the phlegm. This may help in coughing out the phlegm easily

you should also take enough water... and do saline gargle.... avoid excess tea or coffee.... use antacids also.

Long acting bronchodilator helps to control asthma for 12 hrs with each puff so better to take formoterol budesonide twice a day followed by gargles.
