Dear Mr. lybrate-user, budesonide is a steroid and to be used very cautiously. It cannot be taken in steam form. It is either used an inhaler/ nebulizer/ oral tablet or as an injection. Not all covid patients need steroids. They can as easily cause more damage and therefore best leave this decision to your doctor / pulmonologist who is treating you for covid symptoms.
Best wishes.

Hi lybrate-user. This seems like panic to me. This is exacerbated by interpersonal conflicts. I work with such concerns. It also looks like there might be some trauma from your first marriage that is coming along. In the moment of panic, observing things you see around you and trying to describe them can be helpful. You can also turn towards your body and observe where you fele panic. Remember panic is time-limited. It usually doesn't last beyond an hour. While it is a hard time, you can find co...more
