Considering your baby to be 2months approx 4 to 4.5kg weight you can give ibugesic 10mg/kg per dose that will be 2ml approx....but better you give plain paracetamol that is more safe and single drug and ibugesic plus syrup is combination of pcm and ibuprofen....

Unfortunately what you have read is partially correct. Active ingredients of ibugesic plus are paracetamol and ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is licensed for use even in premature babies. Please discuss your concerns with your doctor.

I hope you have consulted a pediatrician before giving the above medicines. Give paracetamol syrup
saline nasal drops
medicine containing levoceterizine and monteleukast. That will fix things.
I am not sure if your baby needs antibiotic bit I will leave that decision to your pediatrician.

It can be due to the drug induced gastritis you have to take antacids and stop brufen and consult your physician if not get settled then consult me.
