My baby is 9 month old he has running nose, phalgam,doctor prescribed me usal ls syrup. levosalbutamol, ambroxol,guaiphension. Is it safe for my child. Kindly advice.

Your baby is having upper respiratory symptoms so not much is needed other than paracetamol drops and good hygiene

You can use it, but instead use brozeet-ls after doctors consultation. And if the weight is 5 kg of 1 year old child ,than its way too less tha normal. Weight of child should be around 11. 5 kg.get pediatrician consultation.

Good evening sir/mam may I used levolin plus for two years old child. Levosalbutamol 1 mg ambroxol hydrochloride 30 mg guaiphenesin 50 mg 5 ml two times which is used for two years child. Regards, manish kumar mobile.

No, levosalbutamol is only used in case of bronchospasm. Only be prescriped by pediatrician. Levosalbutamol can have adverse effects like tachycadia and hypokalemia.

Ideally expectorants are not used for infants but still if you are using then dose is 5ml 8 to 12 hourly as per levosalbutamol which is not easy to give.

She is suffering fever from last 2 days. Sir she is given medicine allergy sumo plus syp cefpodoxime 50 mg syp and syp brozeet ls. After she is stable after that few days she is coming again fever. Last 2 days. Send me treatment.

My 4 years girl child is suffering from cough. It increases during bedtime. Currently giving the syrup ambroxol hydrochloride guaiphenesin and terbutaline sulphate expectorant 6 ml twice a day. if the cough is dry ambroxol won't help much, instead give her medication for dry cough. besides she needs to avoid all cold and sour foods

Hexicof ls has antihistaminics and levosalbutamol and mucolytics. Since you r already on and inhalers montek fx which has antihistaminics already and bronchodilators I will not advice using a substitute. Its better to find plain mucolytics of some other brand.

Sir/madam my son (age 6 months) is suffering cold and cough with out fever. Evening time cough become heavy and he can't take breath properly because of cold. Using ontrvine nasal drops, nebulizer with asthalin liquid. And also medicine we are giving oral drops cetrizine ,levosalbutamol and ambroxol and cefdoxime antibiotic. Please tell other medicines to cure fast. He is suffering from 3 days .please help me.

Your daughter seems to have an infection which is not cleared by cefpodoxime and therefore needs a detailed test and examination by a doctor in person.
