Cough and cold is quite common benign and self limiting in young baby and does not warrant any medicine as they are commonly viral infection.
In fact cough and cold SYRUP does more harm than good. At most you can instill saline nasal drops in case of nasal blockage.
Unless cough and cold is associated with rapid respiration fever and respiratory distress you need not go to any doctor. Unfortunately many shall prescribe even antibiotics which is never necessary.

A lot depends on local situation where you live. If you are in containment zone, best avoid vaccines for few days and review in few days. Follow the local govt guidelines. In green zones, its best to get all vaccines done. But again, local government guidelines must be always reffered to.

Passing stool in the womb can lead to something called meconium aspiration syndrome, which can cause difficulty in breathing.
Only this much maybe speculated from the information provided by you.
But it is best to get your information from the pediatrician looking after the baby. He should be keeping you informed.
