Dear, For children don’t use combination syrups. You can use plain ambroxol syrup if wet cough is troubling. Better go to a good pediatrician and take treatment. Take care.

Along with these complaints if you have nasal blockage and cold then it may be due to AOM, you should take steam inhalation and avoid cold drinks, ice cream etc. You also take llevocetrizine with ambroxol once in the evening after meal.

salbair and asthalin have similar action and both are used as needed in bronchial asthma.
While asthalin contains salbutamol, salbair contains levosalbutamol.
Levosalbutamol is a isomer of salbutamol with comparatively lesser side effect potential.
Recent international guidelines don't support the preferred use of either salbutamol or levosalbutamol for asthma.

Lung infections are treated with antibiotics which may be given intravenously, inhaled, or by mouth. Sometimes, the antibiotic azithromycin is used long term. Inhaled hypertonic saline and salbutamol may also be useful.
