Dear lybrate-user, relax.you are unnecessarily giving diagnosis instead of giving a proper history. Please get a proper sino-nasal examination done. Furthermore monteleukast alone will not solve your problem nor will taking only salbutamol. At your age tonsil is out of the question as it affects only children.
