Hi I am 27 years. I have blocked ears with stinging pain. Even after I air pop up. My ear still hurts. When I went to my GP, he saw my ears and said it’s clean but dry’ I don’t see any other problem. So what should I do?

Along with these complaints if you have nasal blockage and cold then it may be due to AOM, you should take steam inhalation and avoid cold drinks, ice cream etc. You also take llevocetrizine with ambroxol once in the evening after meal.

Get a spirometry done to r/o asthma .If shows broncho constriction ,then reversiblity with bronchodialator should be done. If positive start budamate 200 2 puff twice/day by spacer or consult respiratory physician.

B v marking is a non specific finding. You need pft. If it shows broncho spastic disorder with reversibility then ics+laba will be heipful. It is cough variant asthmat.

Don't give ascoril for common cold. It contains terbutaline, and will increase herat rate. Use only simple cough remedies like benadryl cough formula, which contains only diphenhydramine and ammoniumchloride.
