I am married for 2.5 yrs. 33 yrs, 5 ft 7 in, 78 kg. I am little over weight trying to reduce weight. My wife got pregnant 4th month after marriage and we had to abort after 68 days. The foods didn't have heartbeat hence the doctor advised so. My wife 25 yrs, 5 ft 5 in, 80 kg. She's also a overweight person. We are undergoing treatment now. I had ED issue earlier n got treated. My wife blood test shows her AMH is 0.7, no thyroid issue. Follicles good size. No PCOD or PCOS. My sperm count is 64.4 million. My questions are. 1. How does AMH affects or play's a major role in infertility? 2. Can we increase it? If so how? 3. Is the sperm count OK? What should I do to increase it? 4. My sperm motility rate is 79% out of which progressive motility is 49% (taken at Dec 2016). What food or tablets can I take to increase them? 5. Too much stress on this issue makes me again have issue with ED. What tablets can I take for prolonged erection.
