It requires proper internal treatment and will not go by just any cream or ointment... it may give only temporary solution.
Better consult and take proper homoeopathic treatment.

Tretiva is not for fairness. It will make your skin dry and scaly. Use a sunscreen atleast 30 mins before going out in the sun. Take an antioxidant and Vit C along with applying Brite cream. It will help in making your skin fair.

Dear lybrate-user, our recommendation would be to pick something like golite cream in daytime and kojiglow gold at night. It is always better to visit a qualified dermatologist either personally or online consult for avoiding any confusions. Good luck.

HI lybrate-user,
To get a natural glow on face, try waking up before sunrise. Keep yourself amply hydrated. Apply sunscreen in the morning daily, and a moisturiser at night.

Colour: the scar undergoes colour changes spread over 2-4 months. Redness seen in 2-4 weeks. Then for 2-3 months it may look bluish black. At 4-6 months or earlier it starts becoming normal. Https://youtu. Be/muwxswmoly8 how scars behave over time
see a plastic surgeon or dermatologist who will assess the problem and then prescribe. Its in your interest not to go for an online prescribed medication. Its difficult ,rather impossible to give a prescription online without seeing a patient

Some skin lightening creams are having side effect and makes your skin light initially but then on continuous application, it becomes darker than before. I would suggest you apply a good sunscreen in the morning and afternoon like UVDoux Sunscreen and apply a good night cream before sleep like Reti K Anti Aging Cream. Also, use a good facewash like Ethiglo Facewash morning and night to wash your face before applying the creams.

Many patients have reported redness, increased pigmentation after using this cream
be very cautious.

I suggest taking homoeopathic treatment.
