My child is suffering from cough for more than 2 months And recently doctor gave enzocort syrup but she started sweating in sleep after that I stopped giving her that medicine this is the third time doctor has changed the medicine but no result please help me with proper guidance and medicine by which it can be cured Thanks in advance Your help will be highly appreciated.

take syr honey tus 1tsf tds, 1tab sinarest before bed, take cap acebrophylline 100 mg i bd , tab mucin 600 1 tab bd for 7-10 days steam inhalation. saline gargles, do tooth brush before going to bed it will help you. Thank you

make her sleep with her head at a higher position (use extra pillows)
