Eat well as balanced diet (take protein and hydrate yourself, strengthen / condition your leg muscles - exercises (static cycling*/** under water walking upto pelvis or mid chest level;-10-15 mins take precaution )* avoid exertion, don't think of pain perception while on exercise, on exercising casually you have pain avoid that and have a rest. Have atleast 8 hours of sleep.

Hello,
YOu have taken the right treatment . You just need to continue the dosage twice a day for at least 3 days before swelling shall reduce. For pain re;lief you may take brufen even thrice a day if required.

Hello!
anything even taken for any valid reason in excess is harmful.
So here the quantity matters. A dose taken by mistake is fine. You may feel abdomial discomfort and indigestion. Take help if quantity is more and symptoms are troubling.

Ibugesic Tablet is a good pain killer when the pain is musculo skeletal at the dose of about 400 mg 3 times a day after food. Acidity and fluid retention may be side effect after prolonged use. For chest pain you may have to see a Physician for proper clinical examination, related investigations, diagnosis and treatment.
