Paracetamol is the preferred drug for fevers. But combination of paracetamol and ibuprofen are available for use in fever and pain. It depends on the cause of fever too

No, paracetamol is enough for a small child, never to use two same drug group at once.
Do tap-water sponging to lower the fever.
Consult a doctor and start some antibiotics if any other issues are also there.

You can, but I suggest give paracetamol 1st, then if it doesn't subside in a hours time, give ibuprofe. Make sure you are not over dosing your child.

If the the fever goes above 99 degrees can give paracetamol alone. Ibuprofen can be given along with paracetamol if fever is above 101. It should be avoided if the child is below 2 years of age or suffering from respiratory problems or allergic to ibuprofen.

Dear, According to Ayurveda this condition is known as Griva Sandhigata Vata. Pain in the back of neck, shoulder and arms, stiffness of the neck and even paraplegia occur due to this condition. The movement of the spine generally aggravates the pain of the neck. It is often associated with loss of memory and sleeplessness. Visit us at www.Malhotraayurveda.Com
