Montek fx contains montelukast and fexofenadine. Fexofenadine is pregnancy category c drug.
Better option will be montek lc which contains cetrizine along with montelukast.
Cetrizine is pregnancy category b drug and much safer.

Today is march 17, if you are still having palpitations you should see a doctor because some other conditions like infections etc may be responsible for palpitations. Black cuogh is due to occupational/environmental pollution and smoking. If there is no post nasal drip/rhinitis, allegra/telekastf wont work.
