First of all increase strength of ur leg n body,,do regular exercise,, exercise for ur leg ,,take high protein,, minerals,, gradually try to increase the speed,,this way u can acheive ur goal

Hi, you can add ors available for rs. 4 to water, you will notice immediate changes. Also if you drink r.o water, then I suggest you get yourself mineral water.

Hi -happy to help you. I can say that diabetes is biggest problem in india. So not merely sexual capacity but we should think all disorders & prventions. You can go for a 1200- 1400 kcal/day diet plan. No sugar, take gourds more, briown rice, citrus fruits etc. Curd (sour), skim milk, low rice but more whole grains/multi grains, low fried foods, no out side junk, best all home made foods, no stress, yoga/ exercises help more.
