You should be careful while taking tab telmikind, as it can cause high potassium level in the blood. So keep looking for high serum potassium level in the blood, if you happens to take telmikind. Make sure your wife eats low salt in the diet and achieves her 'dry weight' after dialysis. Your nephrologist would help you in setting up her 'dry weight" check the compliance of taking her blood pressure pills.

No you must continue it because your bp is just at the margin of what's acceptable, if you leave medicines it may get high again, take low salt diet, do regular morning or evening walks / light exercise daily, eat low fat diet, do some yoga and pranayam, sleep property.
