1. check for any hypocalcemia (low calcium)in blood = S. calcium / S. albumin / vitamin D levels/i PTH levels .
2. avoid smoking / coffee / excessive physical activity
3. drink adequate water
4. take multivitamin / multimineral supplements for 1month .
5. if you are on any estrogen therapy for PCOD it can cause twitches especially in hands and legs .
6. review if symptoms continue

Hi there There can be many factors responsible for non union of fracture like too large space for bony remodelling to bridge, Interposition of periosteum, muscle or cartilage, Bony site with limited or less blood supply and more. If fracture won't unite after 6 months it my be considered in as delayed or non union of fracture.

Hi Mr. lybrate-user. 3 mm stones in kidney are considered very small stones. The size of stones vary depending on the imaging used. Non contrast ct scan is imaging of choice for renal stones. Pain at flanks is characteristic of renal stones. Stones of this size are likely to spontaneously pass with adequate fluid intake and routine activity. Do maintain regular activity.
