U seem to have defeciency of folicacid in your blood and so take tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and vitamin d3 60000iu once a week for six months and can reduce symptomatic treatment tablet after a month.

Ask your Dr. to stop night dose. Take morning dose early. Measure BP only once every month on fixed date after resting for ten minutes. If BP below 110, morning dose can be reduced after few months.
