Since when you have the problem. Did you get your urine culture done if the treatment is according to your culture report then you should have improved. You have taken lot of medicine, I suggest you to consult your doctor again and please get your urine culture done again. For scrotum please use some support the best is langota. Take plenty of fluids near 2-3 Lts per day. You can consult me after urine culture report.

You can get urine culture and see if any bacteria is growing. If it is normal then you can use nitrofurantoin 100 mg twice daily for 1 week and see.

Yes it is of concern. Get urine routine microscopy with culture & senstivity done. Based upon reports start antibiotics. Take plenty of oral fluids, cranberry juice. Medications can't be prescribed to open questions if require so inbox in private consult. Thanks.

This is a common problem in women of that age and is due to a weak pelvic floor. Added to that is the anxiety. She is already on medicines that can help. However, ask her to consider kegel exercises and visit the washroom even when she does not have to go. That way, her issue will get a little better.

from your symptoms it appears that you may have urethral syndrome. This is often because of urethral stenosis. I assume you had a urine culture done and it was negative. You need to consult a urologist and check a post void residual urine. If there is significant residue you may heed urethral dilatation. Check your blood sugars also as the problem is more common in diabetics
