It is not advisable or safe to take medicines like clonazepam without it being specifically prescribed by your doctor or without their supervision. The symptoms you have described can be due to fluid retention in the body which can have cardiogenic or nephrogenic causes, consult a qualified cardiologist and get appropriate investigations done i.e. 2d echo, treadmill stress test, cardiac enzymes and get the medications modified accordingly.

Bp tablet only 'controls' bp at certain level but does not cure permanently. Don't change bp dosage without consulting your physician.
