Dear Lybrate user
the symptoms you are experiencing are suggestive of anxiety spectrum. However, self medication with clonazepam doesn't seem to be a wise option. With proper history and examination, a psychiatrist will be better able to help you considering a similar family history in your mother.
Hope this helps!

It is safe and right medicine for the condition, but get yourself regularly evaluated and monitored by your psychiatrist and do not continue the same medicine over the counter. All the best.
