Folic acid is an important form of vitamin B which women must take during pregnancy. It is a form of man-made vitamin B known as folate. The situation needs detailed discussion. Valproate can cause problems with development of the baby. But not always valproate will cause problems. On the other hand uncontrolled epilepsy is more dangerous for you and your baby. Majority of the valproate related problems can be diagnosed in ultrasound. But some problems can develop at relatively late age of the baby. Please start folic acid and discuss the issue in a meeting with neurologist, gynaecologist and your family being present.

Aripiprazole is known to cause impulse control disorder and hypersexuality problems in some rare patients. My suggestion is to meet with a psychiatrist and switch to another antipsychotic medication. Thee are many alternative anti-psychotic medications available and one of them can certainly help you without any severe adverse effects.

Can try hiking up ssris, fluoxetine upto 80 mg and if these are episodic behaviors, then .maintenance ect can be tried. But with caution. But ect I would not have recommended if another antipsychotic was open as an option. Consult a psychiatrist for nearby for discussing best options. This decision is better taken after detailed assessment of impulsive behavior and trying out some behavioral methods would be possible only if patient is available for assessment.

This is due to lack of protective layer of mouth which is mucus and saliva, the reason is lack of hydration which leads to concentrate acid, hence this leads to acidity, to prevent it you should keep yourself hydrated in this dry weather, take good amount of semi solids like shakes lemon juices, sugarcane juice, and lassie curds any of milk products like cold coffee, hot coffee, this will definitely benefit you.
