typhoid vaccine is generally given at 2 years or after.you can safely give two doses of typhoid vaccine.their are two types of typhoid vaccine available in market and clinics.

Dear user, it is better if you avoid the anabolic steroids for a week or 2 before getting the vaccine administrated. No serious side effects has been shown but there can be drug interactions. Hence it is better to skip the steroids for a week prior to getting vaccinated or stay away from steroids for a week and get the vaccination next week. Apart from taking symptomatic treatment we should give two antibiotics at the same time after clinical examination and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water

typhoid fever is a septicaemic and prolonged febrile state commonly caused by salmonella typhi and uncommonly s, paratyphi a, b and c. It is a faeco-oral disease. The incubation period varies from 3-10 days on an average. The symptoms of typhoid are as follows:

1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet sos after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily,
2.Drink plenty of water

"As" per your clinical history is concerned in your case it is [-ve] because your s.typhi h antigen is 1: 160 and you have already been vaccinated 2 years ago, so to be positive it should be more than [1: 160], So to confirm further check your total white cell count now if it is low or high.
