Yes medicine is fine. Diet is no chilis, less fats and high protein and carbohydrates. Curd and banana without sugar with dry fruits like kaju and kismis is very good combination for speedy recovery. Drink lots of warm water. In typhoid gut insult is maximum so give rest to gut by eating less feed in small quantities. Consult online if you need more help.

S typhi positive at 1: 360 in india is definately nothing to be worried about. And in case your symptoms point towars typhoid we can get vidal test again. If there is an significant increase we may make the diagnosis but if it remains in this 1: 360 you definitely need not worry about typhoid. Please I need more information about symptoms and signs like fever, diarrhoea etc to comment anything on your weakness as there are many causes of genralised body ache.

WIDAL test salmonella typhi o 1: 160 cannot be called positive unless the titer is increasing. Your symptoms can be due to the drugs or fever itself. oYo give the full widal report.
