Burning sensations in the extremities, increasing at night ,in a diabetic patient can always be due to diabetic neuropathy & should not be neglected, particularly if the patient is diabetic for a long duration. It will always be advisable to perform a hba1c estimation as a fbs, ppbs may not always exactly depict the glycaemic status. Should always get a neuropathy screen done. Adhere to dietary recommendations. It is a treatable condition for sure. Don't worry.

Itchiness and hair fall could be because of the hair dye you are using. You can try using a herbal non ammonia dye. Also hypothyroidism, vitamin B deficiencies, iron deficiency and increased stress lead to hair fall. Ensure that you consume a nutritious diet sp rich in fruits, vegetables, nuts, proteins .Try to drink a lot of healthy fluids. Massage your scalp gently with coconut oil once or twice a week.
