Eat a protein diet including pulses, milk ad mik products, vitamin E rich like walnuts, almonds. Fish and seafood. Oil them regularly. You can take Dr. Reddys hair roots once a day. Prevent your hair from pollution and direct sunlight. Opting for options like minoxidil should be in severe cases as it causes facial hair and low BP problems.

You may be suffering from androgenetic alopecia. Consult a qualifed dermatologist. You may need Finasteride and minoxidil to stop the thinning process. Avoid quacks like Dr. Batra or Richfeel. It is definately reversible at early stage and medicines work for sure in 90% of the cases. You may need to take it for 5 years or more. Without evaluation I cannot comment.
