Hello Dr. since a year 2012 my etopic pregnancy now I am trying more than but I am not pregnant my reports absolutely fine Dr. I don't know where is problem I am very fad up n also very sad about my pregnancy still 6 year has been completed I have only one tube I don't know can I conceive easily n not. My pregnancy normal n not I am also taking tabs becefol, fertiyzme & coenzyme Q10 used it's enough for conceiving. What you want to say that dr.

My wife is pregnant (21 weeks) and her gynecologist has prescribed carni q which also contains astaxanthin 8 mg apart from other ingredients like each film coated tablet contains: • l-carnitine usp – 500 mg • coenzyme q10 – 50 mg • astaxanthin – 8 mg • lycopene (as 5% powder) – 2500 mcg • elemental zinc (as zinc ascorbate) – 5 mg she is also taking lrzin sachet ccm faa and thyrox 12.5 and lactifiber occasionally my question is that is astaxanthin safe in pregnancy.

Sir, I have seen blood in urine 10days back three times in the morning after coming from playing badminton and I went to urologist and he suggested undergo some test like complete urine analysis, creatinine blood test, ultrasound kub, xray kub all the tests came normal and he referred to nephrologist and he suggested some tests to urine and blood and all came normal and he prescribed two tablets i. E. Q ten (coenzyme, I carnitine, vitamin e) and clear nu (acetylcysteine & taurine) im using it from 10 days no problem these ten days urine is normal as I stopped playing badminton. Today I played again and the urine turned again red please help. What is wrong in my body.

I have passed urine in red color 3times during last 8days only in 3mornings. So I have visited urologist and he asked me to undergo tests complete urine analysis, xray kub, ultrasound kub and blood creatinine and the all test came in normal range but there is rbc in urine and 1 4mm stone in right kidney and he said it may not due to stone and he referred to nephrologist and he asked me go through 6 tests urine for protein/creatine ratio spot, serum calcium, serum phosphorus, uric acid, serum albumin, urine calcium/creatinine ratio those all came normal and he advised me to take two tablets q-ten (coenzyme, l-carnitine, vitamin e) and clear-nu (n acetylcysteine & taurine) tablets for 1month. What does he mean. Is these will show any side effects on me. Please help. At present I'm not getting urine in red color.

It should not have side effects on you and Apart from taking ongoing treatment Avoid spicy food in your diet and Also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet

I'm 23 years male. I used to pass urine in red color once in every 2days in the morning. I have seen that 3times and I went to Urologist he have advised me to undergo three tests like xray kub ultrasound kub blood creatinine and urine complete analysis tests he found nothing in tests all came normal and he referred me to a nephrologist and he advised me to undergo 6tests for urine and blood and all tests came normal and he advised me to use two tablets for one month q ten (coenzyme, I carnitine, vitamin e) and clear nu (acetylcysteine & taurine) from the next day my urine is passing in white and in the morning it's yellow may be due to Q10 tablet. But some times middle of the day it is allow. Not all the times. Only few times it is yellow. What does it mean. I'm I alright? I'm feeling alright no fever no tiredness. But small pinching type feeling at back. It has been 6days since I'm using tablets. Is my doctor hiding anything from me? Please help.

Patient: nikhil, 25 years years, male query patient: nikhil, 25 years years, male query hi sir had an very high risk exposure with an prostitute during vaginal intercourse the condom slipped and we noticed after some time asap we stopped, I also sucked her breasts, after that she gave hand job and the very next day I got fever. I showed it to an doctor he gave me paracetamol but the fever was not going so I revealed him what I did so then I took an vdrl and hiv treated at 3 day so my vdrl came reactive and hiv tridot nonreactive so then I consulted a specialist so he treated me like wise for syphilis but did not get any symptoms like syphilis. I was given doxycycline for an week after that fever had gone during that I developed some rashes which when shown to an skin specialist was under control as due to excess sweat which I had during fever of the first week when I ran a lot and exercised. The 2 nd week I developed an follicular roof infection in the anus according to doc. And 3 rd week I developed some tongue ulcers on off till date but now frequency is less as shown to an oral surgeon. Im daily taking coenzyme tab as recommended by the doc. I tested at 35 65 and 91 days 4th gen cmia at reputed labs 1st result obtained value 0.10 third result obtained value0. 13 also the vdrl which was reactive on 3 day became negative also on 35 day had done western blot negative. Are my results conclusive after such an risky exposure? Did my medications like doxycycline and coenzyme tab affected the results that is for p24 or antibodies? What does my symptoms like recurrent tongue ulcers means? Have been taking medication for it. It goes but are recurring? Do I need any more tests? Also did an rna pcr quantitative target not detected at 5 months target not detected and 4.7 months tridot negative also did cd4 and cd8 count absolute cd4 1126 and absolute cd8 946 and absolute lymphocyte count 3469 with cd4 cd8 ratio 1: 19 pls help.

Yes you can take all of them if you can afford them. But, starting from coq10 and all the other supplements that you mentioned, none of them have been proven scientifically to be of any practical use in humans. If at all, they will make only a miniscule difference to overall health. Finally, you can use them but never at the expense of the important medications such as ecosprin.
