Actually the data is for 2 years for the bortezomib maintenance post bone marrow transplant.
However it may be continued if there is no toxicity due to same.
So would request to discuss with the physician and if there is no toxicity it may be prudent to continue the same.
The expected toxicity would be sensory neuropathy.

I must say that precious 7 years wasted. It had been better to use Ayurveda in such cases. Even if medicine continues through out life, the disease won't advance. But it's not fault of doctors. Allopathic has the limit in 'kapha ama vitiation'.
