Following are the various ranges for diagnosing a person whether he has diabetes or not: 1) Normal: Fasting glucose 10 to 100 mg, PP:<140 mg, HbA1c% < 5.7.
2) Pre-Diabetes: FBG: 101 to 125 mg, PP: 141 to 199 mg, HbA1c% 5,8 to 6.4 %
3) Diabetes :FBG:>126 mg and above, PP:>200 mg and above, HbA1c% 6.5% and above.
Considering these parameters you are in the prediabetic range. Thanks.

45 to 50 years of age s the normal tym for menopause. U r facng the menopausal symptoms prematurely. But skippng periods for only 2 mnths cannot b declared as you attained menopause. Homemade sugar scrubs can be of great help in reducing large pores as they exfoliate the skin and remove excess oil and impurities.
