Hello sir,
I must request you to stop using over the counter creams like the one mentioned as it has steroids in it and this will make the infection near persistent. You will need to have a long treatment and under supervision. Kindly consult a dermatologist to help you out with this situation as steroid abuse is likely to cause recurrent infection. Have patience, it will get better.

Fungal infection does not affect pregnancy but certain drugs can not be taken in pregnancy like mycoclear & bilastine.

It's infection and seasional ,when season start you need extra precaution to keep moist area dry. Whenever you infected without medicine not cure. So choose proper drug, dose,duration, dermatologist and prevention to relieve from this type of infection.
