Scrotal itching may have various causes. To properly diagnose and treat your condition, I recommend scheduling an in-person or an appointment with a dermatologist. After a thorough examination and possibly some tests, a personalized treatment plan can be made to address the root cause of your symptoms effectively.

You shouldn't use steroid cream without consulting a doctor. There are multiple reasons for vaginal itching. Consult a local gynecologist.

Yes, you need to resume Thyroid meds. For a start resume with the same dose you were prescribed. Subsequently your treating physician will modulate the dose based on lab tests and clinical picture.
As a rule I always optimize Vit D for all my patients, with periodic monitoring of blood levels. The same goes for Vit B12 and other nutrients and metabolic factors.

Hello, thanks for the query.
Please tell me how did you come to know that the insulin taken starts absorbing after 1 hour? Action of this insulin starts with in 10 to 20 minutes of injecting sub-cutaneously. Hence it has to be taken about half an hour before taking food. Thanks.

Please do not apply topisal without consultation as it may cause irritation. I would suggest that you do not apply anything except moisturizer (so that the disease is not modified by any topical application) for at least7 days and then consult a dermatologist near you.
