First of all, stop applying betnovate gn cream because it contains steroid , which gives temporary relief in itching , but causes major side effects like flare up of infection, resistance of fungus, thin skin, stretch marks etc. So, don't apply betnovate Gm.

Hello, Wear loose cotton underclothes. Keep the private parts dry. Change underclothes regularly. It may be due to a fungal infection which thrives in humid, wet environments. Apply K-Z cream twice a day on itchy areas for 6 weeks. Please dont use a steroid cream like Betnovate since it will never cure fungal infection and can have side effects. If no satisfactory improvement, please see a local dermatologist for further assessment.
