Dear lybrate-user, neither of the creams are recommended for fungus or seb dermatitis. Betnovate is a steroid containing cream that has the tendency to flare the fungal infection. There are various kinds of fungal infections, that need to be assesses before prescribing treatment. A walk in or tele consultation with a dermatologist should help you to reach proper diagnosis and subsequent treatment.
Thanks.

Hii, please donot use betnovate c on your pimples. It contains betamethasone cream which is a steroid. It will lead to permanent damage - skin thinning, redness, more and big pimples, infections, hairgrowth on your face when used unsupervised/ for wrong indications. Please consult a dermatologist for your acne. There are various reasons and it is very much curable. Donot use any over the counter products. Donot self medicate as it may lead to permanent damage to your face.
