Hello, Wear loose cotton underclothes. Keep the private parts dry. Change underclothes regularly. It may be due to a fungal infection which thrives in humid, wet environments. Apply K-Z cream twice a day on itchy areas for 6 weeks. Please dont use a steroid cream like Betnovate since it will never cure fungal infection and can have side effects. If no satisfactory improvement, please see a local dermatologist for further assessment.

You make your foreskin loose with manual method. It's nice but don't use Betnovate cream further. The redness around the prepuce may be due to side effects of the cream, so stop using now. If the redness doesn't dissaper or persists after 2 weeks, you might have been suffering from infection. Then you can consult me online with an appointment. After seeing the prepuce proper treatment can be given.
