NO NEVER. Plsease never use it on the face or any body part without doctors advice. It contains steroid which has its own side effects if not used appropriately. It contains a very strong steroid which is inappropriate for skin of the face. Long use of such creams can cause permanent white patches, excessive hair growth, thining of the skin, sun sensitivity, acne etc.

Very bad! Please please stop it. Steroids should be used very minimally. Start with a good moisturising cream and a sunscreen with spf30.

Using betnovate should be stopped straight away. It will cause a multitude of side effects. You might get some withdrawal symptoms but bear it. Use a moisturizer and a sunscreen. Consult at clinic for any problems.
