Do take merc sol 30 tds. Its a homeo medicine. Very good for mouth ulcer. Mouth ulcer can be due to vit c deficiency or gastric problems. Include food n fruits rich in vit c. For gastric avoid oily, spicy n non veg food. Have regular meals. Do consult if not better. Take care stay healthy.

Sorry for the delayed response. You may need coronoplasty (smoothen teeth edges) along with morning after meals .hexigel ointment can be applied over the ulcer area. T. Rebagen 10, morning one tab & one night for 5 days, along with c. Becosules 5 cap, for five days in the rinse it thoroughly with the mouthwash.

Yes,The initial choice of treatment is a steroid ointment that is locally applied. (This can be suggested by a doctor after you are examined in person.)The ointment softens the foreskin and is applied for up to 6 weeks. When full retraction is possible the ointment is stopped.
If this treatment is unsuccessful, a circumcision (surgical removal of foreskin) is advised.
