Q. Hello moms I ma 30 weeks pregnant this is my 2nd baby doctor said amniotic fluid is more 27.5 so she gave me betnesol 12 ml lnj for today n tomorrow? Is this safe n with will happen any experience.

It's absolutely safe and essential for the baby for its lungs function and other good factors like avoiding neonatal necrotising enterocolitis. It will help the baby if it delivers preterm also because of increased amniotic fluid as well so kindly take them and follow your doctors instruction

Watch for movements of the baby and if less or totally not seen inform your doctor

Its good dat u r not having any labor pains... Doctor has given u betnesol for lung maturity of ur unborned baby... So dat if delivery occurs before time then ur baby can breathe normally

Hello doctor, i'm 27 week pregnant. Got conceived through ivf. Doctor has prescribed 3amp betnesol injection twice in 12 hr interval and weekly once 3 ml injection in the morning. Can it be taken every week.

The course is only of 2 times. 3 amp each. No need to be taken every week
no benefit of taking it every week. At the most you can repeat this course at 32wks after. Consulting your obstetrician.

Hi. Does betnesol injection 24 mg during my 34th week of my pregnancy safe for baby? I had a normal pregnancy but do not know why did she prescribed. To note that my cervix length is 29 mm at 22 weeks and had a watery liquid white discharge. Did she prescribed because of this?
