Vertigo perse is not a serious disease but if not treated in time it can lead to uneasiness or vomitting or fall which can cause complications and which might need admission and so it's better to treat it early.

Dear lybrate-user
for bppv no medicine helps as permanent cure. You must be given certain maneuvers as treatment option. Example epleys maneuver. It cures bppv without medications. Stop searching in different pathys. Go to good ent doctor in banglore who does vertigo treatment well. Search find out and get relieved.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Drowsiness, dry mouth, and tiredness may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly. To relieve dry mouth, suck (sugarless) hard candy or ice chips, chew (sugarless) gum, drink water, or use a saliva substitute.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Traction is absolutely safe. Its to maintain inter vertebral space to keep the nerves from undue pressure which is caused by reduction in spaces or development of osteophytes etc. Vessels are also compressed. Because of compression in vertebral column, the blood supply to brain is also lowered sometimes thereby causing giddiness. When you lie down blood supply to brain is restored. Similarly pressure on nerves makes life tough.

Meniere disrase is a chronic condition which keeps having exacerbation. Treating the acute episodes with medication is required. Also going by your symptoms I suggest you take a second opinion.
