if you have no fever, I would suggest you atrt steam inhalation thrice a day. It will help to bring out the phlegm. Also, do visit a clinician who may be able to decide if you need any antibiotics. A nebulizer is not required.

You might have tartar / deposit on teeth kindly get it cleaned and polished by dentist or else use chlohex plus wash rinse two times daily for 15 days.

kindly get scaling done and use mouth wash twice daily for 15 days. also notice that you are not constipated most of the times as this is also one of the reasons for bad breath. brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.

Hello lybrate-user,
It is always better to combine both the things. Gargle twice daily and apply dolo ct. As there is no pain as such. Than you can only continue with lukewarm water gargle. Make sure you are keeping it clean. Rinse with plain water after every meal.
