The best option is to meet an ENTSurgeon equipped with LASERs in your city as LASER assisted Tonsillar Ablation is the best option where about 2 mm thickness of the tonsillar surface is vapourised by the LASER. This will render the Tonsillar Crypt shallow so food cannot be trapped in it causing the tonsillolith. Another benefit is that the foul-smelling bacteria that reside on the surface of the tonsil will also be destroyed during this procedure, so you can also say goodbye to bad breath!
