Your symptoms suggest Upper \Respiratory infection. Most of the time it is Viral, and will not need antobiotics. Now Advent is an antibiotic. You can try Salt water gargling and steam inhalation three times a day for 2-3 days. Also have soups with pepper, and drink only warm water. If symptoms do not subside, or you develop fever, you'll need to decide on taking antibiotics. They mostly subside with symptomatic treatment.

Nexpro medicine can cause hyperacidity. You need to take antacid regularly till nexpro use. Avoid going to bed immediately after meal. Raise head end of bed slightly. Walk after meal.

Yes, it may be a viral or bacterial upper respiratory tract infection that is common cold. Take home remedies like warm saline gargle and steam inhalation. Tab paracetamol for fever. You can go for warm saline gargles and rinsing after every meals. Do jal neti regularly in the morning for at least 1 week to 10 days.
Take limcee tablets 2 tab three times a day for 2 weeks.
Apply turmeric paste on gums once or twice a day.

if you have no fever, I would suggest you atrt steam inhalation thrice a day. It will help to bring out the phlegm. Also, do visit a clinician who may be able to decide if you need any antibiotics. A nebulizer is not required.
