Hi lybrate-user
Your symptoms suggest Upper \Respiratory infection. Most of the time it is Viral, and will not need antobiotics. Now Advent is an antibiotic. You can try Salt water gargling and steam inhalation three times a day for 2-3 days. Also have soups with pepper, and drink only warm water. If symptoms do not subside, or you develop fever, you'll need to decide on taking antibiotics. They mostly subside with symptomatic treatment.

Take warm water but plenty of fluids. Take rest. Usually it lasts for 5 to 7 days. Connect with me ,if you want a online prescription.

General Physician•
Dear lybrate-user
if you have no fever, I would suggest you atrt steam inhalation thrice a day. It will help to bring out the phlegm. Also, do visit a clinician who may be able to decide if you need any antibiotics. A nebulizer is not required.
