1.take more water
2. No fried/ spicy food 3. Wear cotton, loose under garments
4. Change under garments twice a day
5. Wash area once a day with little warm water adding few drops of lemon. 6. Keep area dry medicine can not be advised for open question, for medicine contact on private chat.
